"No burden is he to bear" ...even when he takes over the show telling jokes: Which is funnier, Wayne's jokes or the looks on Merrill and Jay's faces as they keep tapping him on the shoulder and he doesn't stop? So glad this got documented. Wayne's grandchildren and great grandchildren and beyond can see his humor some day. Wayne's jokes and Merrill's reaction ( I no longer have control of this show) were some of the funniest moments when I saw the Brothers in concert last December. Thanks for sharing, Beverly!
You are more then welcome! I am going to see the Bros in Branson in two weeks and it just won't be the same without Wayne. I felt so good when I left the show that night in Ada OK. Laughter really is the best medicine!
I have to say one more thing.....Wayne's comedy reminds me of watching Red Skelton when I was a child. Such talent! Enjoy your retirement and may God Bless!
